Guest Infused Art Piece

I don't remember where I saw it, but we both immediately fell in love with it. Our idea is to do something similar. Rather than paint a portrait on individual chips, we're going to blow up a photo of us, Mod Podge it to something sturdy (this is where the man work comes in to play. I really don't know what I'm talking about from here on out), and cut it down to smaller, note-sized pieces. Holes will still be made for hanging.

(Left) What this couple had done (if I remember correctly), they took a photo of themselves, had an artist friend paint the photo on chips which the guests wrote little messages on the back of and hung from pins on the backboard. Adorable. I don't remember where we saw this, but if you have also and DO remember, please let me know so I can give them credit for this amazingness.

Guest Book

Although we plan to have an art piece, inspired by the photo above, we still really want to have a guest book. I found an artist on Etsy.com and absolutely adore her work. I haven't ordered yet, but when I do, I hope I find one similar to this:
